As you may or may not know, Best Software Mid Market Division and Interact Commerce have announced that, effective January 1, 2004 they will no longer support Telemagic (view excerpts from the final Email from Best by clicking here) . They have discontinued any further development on the product, which means there will be no further upgrades released. Version 5.1 is the latest, greatest and final version available. However, the product in its current state will continue to be sold (should you need to add additional users to an existing installation, or if applicable, as a completely new installation) beyond the end of 2003.
We would be happy to support your existing installation now and in the future. We would be happy to sell you additional user licenses as needed at a discount. We would be happy to provide any Telemagic related assistance you may need, including consulting or technical support, beyond December 31, 2003.
